You're reading????!!! It took me about two years after giving birth before I could sit and read a book.
Yeah, I'm thinking that the NaBloPoMo gift inducements are probably not going to rank compared to a brand-new baby.
I did a lot of reading while nursing in the early months. But I didn't have an active older child, either. So I'm impressed.
I can't believe you're already online and writing out coherent sentences!
It sounds like things are going really well! Am so glad...
Sandra - well, I was in the hospital for 5 days and family only visited once a day, and then I came home over the weekend and R took Small Boy for long run around in the park like a freak outings, so there was time to read during nursing and after bedtime. I expect my progress through that massive book - which is very good! - to slow dramatically.
Jody - Yeah, but you had 3!!
Betsy - so far (knock wood) Boychen is a sleeper. Contented blissful little guy. Such a change from Small Boy who was a, hm, shall we say High Need infant? Oh long may it last. And let us all praise retired in-laws who live on a farm 15 minutes away!!
